Polite and friendly service when trying to make initial enquiries, they went on to take time to carefully explain what we might need and upon visiting the property, they were friendly, thorough and honest in selling the correct set up for our needs. On installation day, Stuart and Phil were great. Great Experience, to the initial cold call I placed with Annette to the survey and eventual installation by Stuart. Was given my options clearly, never felt oversold and it felt like we got a package that suited our budget and our safety requirements. We were able to build our own package, which was great and allowed us flexibility. I contacted ASH Security as our old DIY, bell-only system had died after 17 years and a new “grown up” alarm system was needed. During the onsite survey Stuart was informative and the whole process was educational. The survey took place promptly after my initial enquiry. I was impressed with the promptness of Annette’s responses – both on the phone and by emails, all of those to a high degree.

It was originally my intention to ask three companies to quote on the installation of the alarm system but, in the event my wife and I were so impressed with Stuart’s presentation that we could see no reason why we should not go with ASH Security. This intention was endorsed when we received the quotation. I had guessed an amount and the quoted figure was extremely close to my expectation. From that point on installation was arranged quickly and carried out cleanly and efficiently. True, the alarm has not been triggered yet (and hopefully it never will be) so I am not in a position to judge response from the monitors, but I have no reason to believe the system will not work as described. Having moved into an old property which had an out of date intruder alarm we needed a replacement intruder alarm system. The onsite assessment provided was excellent, clear and very straightforward. Contacted ASH Security following a burglary at my property in Hemel Hempstead

The surveyor, Stuart Wells attended the property at the agreed time and date. He was informative concerning the available choices for the burglar alarm installation and explained the options with the pros and cons. He had demonstration equipment with him which I liked as it saved me trying to imagine something that I had never seen before.

Due to the recent burglary, I felt that under the circumstances a quick installation was absolutely vital and only prompt attention would be satisfactory. At every opportunity, the ASH Security team was courteous, sympathetic and most importantly prompt in arranging an early installation date.

After installation the engineer took the time to ensure that I was completely happy with the functions of the burglar alarm control panel and did not rush when going through instructions.

Excellent service from the initial telephone call through to completion. A very informative assessment by Stuart discussing our home security needs. No pressure to sign any paperwork or to purchase.

Installation was with the minimum of fuss or mess (which was cleared up satisfactorily). Time was taken to go through the burglar alarm system so we were fully up to date with how the system worked before Stuart & Lee left. Much better than reading through a manual!
