ASH Security Coronavirus COVID-19 Update - A message to our clients

Amid the latest developments around the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, we wanted to inform you that we have taken all possible measures to ensure that our services will remain available to all of our clients.

As a company that provides both home & commercial security we believe it is essential that we provide our continued service to our clients during this period.

Here are some of the measures we have taken to ensure our services remain unaffected:

  • Our office staff may be working from home. This means our phone lines will remain open as usual and our customer support and administration will continue unaffected.
  • We will remain open for business up until any possible event of the government issuing a phase of business closures.
  • We will continuously monitor staff for any signs or symptoms and will liaise with you regarding face to face visits. We ask that you inform us if you have any of the following symptoms prior to any arranged visits:
    • a high temperature 
    • a new continuous cough 
  • We will continue our intruder alarm & fire alarm monitoring, maintenance and app services. If your renewal is due we will contact you and attempt to schedule the relevant visits but understand that those of you who have been advised to self isolate or are choosing to implement social distancing may wish to postpone your maintenance & service visits. With this in mind and to ensure continuity of your security we will request that any renewals are paid for and we will continue to support you remotely. If you require we will postpone routine maintenance visits until you are comfortable to schedule. All clients with maintenance contracts in place will receive 24/7 technical support over the telephone as and when required. Please note that we will be unable to provide any remote support to intruder alarm clients who are not within a maintenance contract.
